Leesa Residence : LEESA RESIDENCE The couple that bought this home was seeking a modern European look with formal rooms that were elegant, inviting and warm. Our challenge was to strip away the excess, letting the clean lines of the original architecture emerge. The majority of the work was in the living room -dining room to create flexible furniture setting for entertaining and in the design of the kitchen and bathroom areas that harmonizes with the overall interior. The goal in the living room-dining room was to preserve the elegance of this open space and accentuate the high ceiling. We selected fabrics, furnishings, and finishes and mixed them with modern accents, including a contemporary fireplace in living room. Throughout the house, bold accessories combined with vibrant colors honor the home’s original architecture and provide a warm and comfortable living space.

Master Bath : BOUTIQUE HOTEL BATHROOM Inspired by the client’s taste for travel and her French background, the challenge was to design a boutique hotel suite experience within an unwelcoming bathroom. Through sleek style and rich colors, we brought a first class feeling into this space. The warm color palette featured lush tones of brown wood-like tile, the antique golden mirrors and mood lighting in the niches for a great intimate atmosphere creates a relaxing comfort and fabulous master bathroom.

Leesa Master Bath : SPA-LIKE BATHROOM In this master bathroom upgrade, the focus was on creating a spa-like bathroom suite that provide serene comfort and understated luxury. The task was to play with the preexisting layout and create a variety of display and storage solutions that are both stylish and practical. The bathroom’s color palette is primarily rich deep brown hues set off by the counter top, the glossy finish cabinets and two tones wood flooring contrasting with the amazing green wall color. A contemporary sink and bath faucet add a modern feel achieving the expectations of the clients.
